Assist the Accounting Offices by performing clerical/office tasks and helping with special projects. Responsibilities Scanning and filing Assist AP Coordinator as needed Data entry Check and distribute mail Special projects Assist Purchasing department as needed Assist Controller, Accounts Payable with audit tasks as needed during the summer Assist Student Accounts department with projects as needed Qualifications Attention to detail Basic computer skills Professional and dependable Able to work independently and take initiative in completing tasks We inspire success by working together to provide meaningful, personalized service in a spirit of excellence.
