Aldeez Sports Bar & Lounge

Job Description

Aldeez Sports Bar & Lounge in Dallas, TX is looking for energetic, reliable, and knowledgeable Hookah Servers to join our team! You’ll be the go-to person for all things hookah prepping, serving, maintaining quality, and creating a smooth, chill vibe for our guests during happy hour, themed nights, and weekend events.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve premium hookahs efficiently and accurately.
Assist guests with hookah selection and educate them on flavor options.
Ensure hookahs are properly cleaned, packed, and maintained throughout the night.
Monitor guest satisfaction and provide refills or coals when needed.
Keep hookah station organized, stocked, and up to health and safety standards.
Coordinate with bartenders and servers to enhance overall guest experience.
Assist with setup and breakdown during events and busy nights.
Support floor staff during downtime (e.g., clearing tables or light barback tasks).

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a hookah server or in hospitality is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!
Outgoing personality with great customer service and communication skills.
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced nightlife environment.
Ability to multitask and manage time during high volume hours.
Must be 21+ with reliable transportation.
Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
