Streamwood Hospital is seeking a motivated and talented HR professional to join our HR Team. These may include internal and external recruitment, pre-employment processes, maintenance of employee files, employee recognition, data entry of employee changes into our HRIS, updating position and evaluation grid, employment verification, worker’s compensation, leave of absences (general, education, medical, FMLA, Military, administrative leaves), new employee orientation, employee relations job descriptions/evaluations, disciplinary database, and unemployment compensation. Minimum three (3) years HR Coordinator or HR Generalist REQUIRED. HR Healthcare strongly preferred.
