Controller - Fintech

Position Experience: Director Salary: $180,000 - $230,000 per year Job Details Own the full accounting function — GL, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close. Lead financial reporting and ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP. Build scalable processes, internal controls, and accounting infrastructure as we grow. Partner closely with executive leadership and FP&A on reporting, audits, and strategic initiatives. What We're Looking For 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a senior leadership role. CPA strongly preferred, with Big 4 or high-growth startup background. Deep knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting. Experience implementing or optimizing ERP systems. A hands‑on builder who thrives in a fast‑paced, lean environment.
