COMSEC Account Manager

Description Leidos is seeking a customer experience driven personality to join our team as a COMSEC Account Manager (CAM). This role will drive National Security Systems operations on focused contractual agreements while working with a team of highly motivated technical individuals who work in a collegial, collaborative work environment. Your key role is supporting the NASA customers with the loading of key and maintaining continuous operation of the encryption devices. Responsible for destruction of COMSEC material when required or as directed by the Central Office of Records. Maintain a working knowledge of all procedures contained in all CSOP, NASA Central office of Records bulletins, and on the NASA COMSEC site. Must maintain access to all accountable COMSEC material held by users as well as performing bi-annual COMSEC inventories. In addition, you would contribute to the strategic performance direction across all areas of responsibility. This position requires a results-oriented individual with exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills to help us deliver both program and customer facing metric data and analysis. Join us at AEGIS where the sky is NOT the limit! Primary Responsibilities Maintain a knowledge of the location of every item of accountable COMSEC material and the purpose for which it is being used. Maintain COMSEC account files and manage destruction, transfer, inventory, and possession COMSEC material reports. Conduct two party bi-annual physical inventories of all accountable COMSEC materials within the account. Ensure all COMSEC material shipped from the CAM’s organization is packaged and shipped in accordance with acceptable standards. Conduct two party encryptor key loading and maintain continuous healthy operation of all cryptographic devices. Basic Qualifications Must have prior COMSEC Account Manager experience. Must have knowledge of encryptors and keys Ability to obtain a TS/SCI Bachelor degree and 6 years of experience. May consider years of experience in lieu of degree. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of basic Internet protocol network concepts and basic IT related knowledge Active TS Desired Certifications / Training CompTIA Security+ certification #J-18808-Ljbffr Leidos
