Forklift Operator

Forklift/Utility OperatorsWe are seeking reliable and safety-focused Forklift/Utility Operators to support warehouse and production operations across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. This is a fast-paced role that includes operating forklifts, replenishing materials, and ensuring continuous flow of production supplies. Forklift certification and previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks safely and efficientlyReplenish raw materials and packaging supplies to production areasTransport finished goods and pallets to appropriate storage locationsMaintain accurate records of inventory movementPerform stock rotation and follow FIFO proceduresAssist with general warehouse and housekeeping duties as neededPerform pre- and post-operation forklift inspectionsSupport other departments as directed by supervisor or team leadFollow safety procedures and company policies at all timesCompensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.2nd and 3rd Shift: $22.00 - $23.00/hr1st Shift pay based on experience (please inquire)Benefits: We offer comprehensive benefits to include health, and an incentive recognition bonus (all benefits are based on eligibility).Qualifications:Prior experience operating a forklift required; certification preferredAbility to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active tasksBasic math and inventory tracking skillsStrong attention to detail and organizationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication skills and willingness to take directionHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredApply Today!
