Shipping & Receiving ManagerIMC Outdoor Living, a Liberty Tire Recycling companyThe Shipping & Receiving Manager is responsible for leading all shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics activities for the facility. This role ensures products are shipped and received safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting operational excellence.Duties and Responsibilities:Lead and supervise shipping and receiving team membersEnsure all shipments are processed accurately and delivered on timeManage finished goods and component inventory levelsOversee shipping, receiving, transportation documentation, and inventory recordsEvaluate logistics providers and identify opportunities for service improvementsSupport continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and productivityCommunicate key developments, challenges, and opportunities to managementEnsure compliance with transportation regulations and company safety policiesPerform other duties as assignedSkills and Abilities:Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory management, and logistics operationsStrong leadership, communication, and team development skillsExcellent organization and time management abilitiesAbility to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and commitment to accuracyWorking knowledge of supply chain, transportation, and distribution practiceForklift operating experience preferredExperience:Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferredMinimum 2-4 years of logistics, shipping, receiving, or inventory management experienceExperience leading teams in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment preferredExperience working with shipping documentation and inventory systems preferredBenefits:Competitive benefits package including Health, Prescription Drug, Dental and Vision coverageFlexible Spending Accounts, Life and AD&D, Long & Short-Term Disability401(k) match programGenerous holiday and vacation daysEEO Statement:Liberty Tire Recycling is an equal opportunity employer.
