Position Tour Guide (Estes Park) – WildSide 4X4 Tours Benefits Company parties Competitive salary Employee discounts Training & development Job Overview We are looking for Adventure Tour Guides who will fit into our team culture starting ASAP. Seasonal position from May to October; winter tours available for the right candidate. Pay is per tour plus tips. Additional opportunities for trail maintenance when not touring. Qualifications Clean driving record and submit a Motor Vehicle Record Minimum age 25; insurance company prefers those in their 30's and 40's Must be local, living in Estes Park, Boulder, Longmont, Loveland, or Fort Collins area; able to commute to Estes Park If relocating, must have established housing before onboarding Pass a DOT physical Pass a CBI fingerprint & background check Obtain CPR & Basic First Aid certification within the first 15 days Obtain Leave No Trace certification within the first 15 days Responsibilities Entertain the general public as you drive them on-road and off-road with fun local facts Teach basics of photography and help guests capture amazing photos Drive vehicles responsibly and with awareness of possible issues Stay within allowed areas and keep safety in mind at all times Communicate and work with office staff in organizing and preparing tours Learn information to speak accurately and represent the company professionally Clean up and perform safety checks before and after tours, pre-prep truck for next tour (fueling, washing, trash removal, etc.) Trail maintenance, help at office, flexible to help out in random areas #J-18808-Ljbffr
