Embedded within Creative and working closely with Marketing, CRM, and other key partners, this PM is the operational backbone of how great creative gets made and shipped. You'll own the day-to-day production of our digital ad creative, drive process and tool improvements across the team, and serve as the connective tissue between creative, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders.This role also supports project management for new product campaign launches, partnering with key stakeholders to keep initiatives on track from concept through delivery.This is a remote, full-time mid to senior level position within the Marketing department's Creative team. Reports to the Team Leader, Project Management.In This Role, You'll:Lead creative kickoffs for all major projects- owning the brief, aligning expectations, and setting strong creative direction from day oneManage day-to-day digital ad production within our pod structure, ensuring seamless execution across net new assets, iterations, and multi-format resizes and variationsContinuously evaluate and improve creative workflows by identifying inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and refining briefs, templates, and tool configurations to increase team velocity and output qualityChampion AI solutions to enhance project delivery—actively test emerging technologies and translate learnings into actionable improvements that elevate team performanceResearch, test, and roll out new tools - from project management platforms to automation solutions that enhance team capabilitiesCreate and maintain asset operations including Notion and Airtable tickets, version tracking, and Dropbox folder architectureScale ad production pipelines while managing change in fast-paced, innovation-focused environmentsOwn quality control and asset integrity —verifying proper uploads, naming conventions, and programming queue assignments to ensure flawless deliveryDeliver high-performance marketing ads under tight deadlinesPartner with legal to submit assets for review and track approval statusTrack and report on key performance indicators - on time and in full delivery, revision time, and stakeholder satisfactionBuild playbooks and standards that document learnings and elevate the entire creative operationAbout You:3-5 years of project management experience in a marketing or creative environmentA natural cross-functional collaborator who knows how to consolidate competing feedback and align stakeholders without losing momentumEmbraces innovation and continuous learning; interested in exploring how AI can optimize project delivery, timelines, and team collaboration.Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong instincts around quality assurance, naming conventions, and asset managementProficient with PM tools (such as Airtable, Notion, Wrike, Monday, Jira, or Asana)Calm under deadline pressure with strong risk management and communication skillsThinks strategically beyond task execution—proactively identifying opportunities to work smarter and elevate team collaborationNice To Have:Airtable and Notion admin experienceExperience working within a cross-functional creative structureFamiliarity with compliance workflows in regulated industriesExperience supporting new product launches or campaign managementWe Offer:Health, Dental & Vision PlansLife InsuranceLong/Short Term DisabilityCompetitive Pay401k MatchingTeam Member Stock Purchasing Program (TMSPP)Learning & Development OpportunitiesTuition ReimbursementUnlimited PTODaily Lunch, Snacks & Coffee (in-office only)Commuter benefits (in-office only)Salary range: $75,000 – $100,000/year + bonus + benefits.
