This role operates within a hybrid environment and is responsible for analyzing organizational processes, assessing IT deficiencies, and supporting ERP implementation initiatives. The position requires experience supporting business process improvement, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement within a mission-driven environment. Mission overview: Support organizational assessments, business process improvement, and ERP implementation initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency and IT operations.Location: Remote Clearance: Public Trust Work Authorization: Not eligible for sponsorship ResponsibilitiesAssess operational and functional organizational baselinesIdentify information technology deficiencies affecting organizational goalsGenerate strategies for IT enhancements and process improvementsParticipate in strategic assessments and design reviews of enterprise approachesCoordinate the resolution of complex problems related to ERP implementationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree3–7 years of business analysis experienceExperience in enterprise business analysis across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and OperationsKnowledge of business process analysis and requirements gatheringExperience supporting IT strategy, organizational assessments, and gap analysisPreferred QualificationsExperience with ERP implementations and process improvementCross-functional stakeholder engagement skillsCompensation Salary Range: $95,000–$108,000 per year Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, and education.
