Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM | 1st Shift

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Screening: Color vision screening required

Position Summary:

The Phlebotomist II will work at an IOP location in a small, fast-paced, 2-person site. The phlebotomist will interact directly with patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric , perform approximately 35 patient draws per day , and handle specimen processing. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working independently or with one other phlebotomist while maintaining efficiency in a high-demand environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws on pediatric through geriatric patients .
• Handle approximately 35 patients per day .
• Perform phlebotomy in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Process specimens according to site procedures.
• Provide direct patient service in an IOP setting.
• Work independently when needed or alongside one other phlebotomist.
• Maintain efficient workflow while managing a high patient volume.
• Follow applicable site and laboratory procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pediatric and geriatric blood-drawing experience.
• Specimen processing experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently or with one other phlebotomist.
• Color vision screening required.
