Your Role as an Occupational Therapist

• Assessment and Goal Setting: Establish dynamic treatment goals through standardized and innovative assessment tools.
• Therapy Sessions: Deliver one‑on‑one, group, and co‑treatment sessions using play‑based and research‑backed interventions tailored to each child’s needs.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a multi‑disciplinary team to design and implement integrative treatment plans that consider sensorimotor, cognitive, and social aspects of care.
• Family Partnership: Empower families by educating them on home‑based strategies that extend therapeutic gains beyond the clinic.

Operational Excellence

• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all regulatory requirements while supporting optimal billing practices.

Physical and Professional Demands

• Deliver a minimum of 27 hours of direct patient care weekly (excluding training, documentation, and meetings).

• Educational Background: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
• Licensure: A current, unrestricted Occupational Therapy license with eligibility for cross‑state licensure as our business expands.
