Position Summary EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated, sales‑driven leader to serve as Fitness Manager. Reporting to the District Fitness Manager, the Fitness Manager will work on the club floor, set appointments, build relationships with members, and sell training packages while developing a high‐performing Personal Training team. Responsibilities Achieve month‑over‑month sales targets, driving membership growth and ensuring the team meets or exceeds set goals for new personal training agreements, client retention, and overall revenue generation. Collaborate with the membership sales team to support new member onboarding and implement sales initiatives for a smooth club experience. Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff members, including Personal Training Managers, Assistant Fitness Managers, and Personal Trainers. Manage payroll for assistant managers and personal trainers, ensuring accurate and timely compensation. Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to department leaders and staff to ensure clarity of roles. Ensure all fitness staff possess appropriate certifications and training such as CPR, First Aid, and personal trainer certifications. Provide constructive feedback to staff on performance, highlighting strengths and improvement areas. Deliver high‑quality customer service by addressing member concerns, managing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Engage members in a friendly and approachable manner, actively listening to their needs and concerns. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, implement safety protocols, and maintain proper certifications. Supervise maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, including equipment, locker rooms, and common areas. Communicate calmly and clearly with staff and members during emergencies or unexpected disruptions, providing necessary instructions and updates. Qualifications 2+ years of management experience; fitness or personal training management is a plus. 3‑4 years of customer service experience. Personal training sales experience highly preferred. Strong interest or prior experience in the fitness industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, management, and vendors. Exceptional relationship‑building and influencing abilities with people at all levels. Strong detail orientation and systematic approach to problem‑solving; excellent time‑management, organizational, and record‑keeping skills. Alignment with our core values. Requirements Must successfully pass a background check. CPR certification required within 30 days of hire. Valid personal trainer certification. Ability to work in a gym setting, moving throughout club floors and rooms, and communicate with employees, members, and the public. Proficiency with the company computer system (document preparation, data entry, report reading, email usage). Ability to routinely bend and lift more than 40 lbs. Compensation Salary Pay Range: $60,000 – $60,000 USD Variable income opportunities including commission and bonus. Post‑training salary increase.
