Outreach Specialist

Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of hearing health industry professionals and clients. Must also possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, including: exhibiting objectivity, being open-minded towards the ideas and views of colleagues and management, responding to directives, giving as well as taking feedback, and contributing to building team cohesiveness is key to success in this position. Salary and Other Compensation The target pay rate for this position is between $16.29- $21.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include: geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for monthly uncapped commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.
