Warehouse General Manager (3PL)

Ship Smart Solutions is hiring a Warehouse General Manager to lead operations at our Montgomery, IL facility. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run a high-performing warehouse and help grow the business. What you'll do Lead daily warehouse operations, staffing, and performance Own the P&L — budgets, labor costs, and margin Price and sell warehouse space to shippers and grow the customer base Select, implement, and optimize WMS and processes Drive safety, accuracy, and on-time fulfillment What we're looking for 2+ years managing warehouse operations (3PL strongly preferred) Experience pricing and selling warehouse space to shippers P&L ownership — budgets, labor, margin Why Ship Smart: Stable company, competitive pay and benefits, and real room to grow.
