Selected candidate will be evaluated for promotion to Patrol Supervisor after successfully completing a 90-day training period. This role provides leadership to patrol officers, ensures operational readiness, responds to incidents and alarms, maintains compliance with armed security standards, and supports client relations.This position requires a calm, decisive leader capable of managing armed personnel, high-risk situations, and dynamic operational demands while maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervision & Leadership:Supervise, direct, and support the evening patrol teamConduct roll calls, briefings, and debriefings to ensure readiness and situational awarenessFoster a professional, cooperative, and efficient work environmentProvide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to patrol staffSecurity Operations & Incident Response:Direct and assist patrol teams in responding to security incidents, emergencies, and alarm activationsRespond personally to alarms when required, investigating causes, assessing threats, and taking appropriate actionCoordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and management as neededEnsure all incidents are accurately documented through professional reports and after-action documentationDe-Escalation & Crisis Management:Apply advanced de-escalation techniques in situations involving displaced individuals, mental health crises, or corrections-related encountersEnsure patrol staff use communication-based conflict resolution whenever feasibleStaffing & Deployment:Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of armed security personnelSupport scheduling and deployment strategies to ensure adequate evening coverageAdjust staffing in response to operational needs or emergent incidentsTraining & Development:Conduct onboarding and initial training for new patrol staffReinforce standard operating procedures including patrols, access control, and perimeter checksTrain officers in emergency response protocols, firearm handling standards, and defensive tacticsPromote continuous learning and professional developmentQuality Assurance & Compliance:Enforce adherence to company policies, legal standards, and ethical guidelinesConduct audits and inspections using reporting softwareUse reporting data to identify training needs and improve operational performanceClient Relations:Serve as the overnight point of contact for client inquiries or concernsMaintain positive client relationships through timely communication and professional serviceAssist management with investigations, corrective actions, and incident follow-upAdditional Duties:Precision Security Team or the client may assign additional duties as operational needs requireProfessional Qualifications:Firearms Proficiency: Must be qualified to carry a firearm for professional security purposes, maintaining a strong understanding of safe handling, use-of-force considerations, and applicable lawsReport Writing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate incident, alarm, and after-action reportsTechnological Competency: Proficient with reporting platforms, email, scheduling systems, and basic office softwareShift Flexibility: Comfortable working overnight, night, and swing shifts as requiredWho You Are:Proven leader with supervisory or lead-officer experienceCalm, decisive, and professional under pressureHighly skilled in communication and de-escalationDetail-oriented, dependable, and organizedConfident operating independently while supporting a teamMaintains strong situational awareness and sound judgmentPresents a professional appearance and demeanorNote: We provide security coverage around the clock, every day of the year.
