Step into a dynamic role as a Hybrid School Psychologist, conveniently based near Richmond, TX. This contract opportunity offers a blend of onsite work supporting the educational and psychological needs of students across 2-3 schools in a district that values a comprehensive workload model. You'll enjoy an organized structure, as you'll be primarily stationed at the central office, allowing you the chance to collaborate with district staff while directly impacting student success.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Current School Psychologist licensure in Texas
- Experience providing psychological services in educational settings
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively between different school sites
- Understanding of workload models in school psychology is a plus
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver a range of school psychological services across multiple campuses
- Evaluate and assess student needs in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop plans and supports
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for all services provided
- No direct counseling duties required, as the district has Licensed Professional Counselors on staff
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to effective intervention planning
