Bilingual Insurance Service Specialist

Job Description The Insurance Service Specialist is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients by assisting with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, retention efforts, and general account servicing. This role works closely with producers and agency staff to ensure an excellent customer experience.
