Location: Flagship Store at Project 63 - Las Vegas, NV 89109 US Schedule: Weekend availability required Pay: $15.00/hour Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Employer-Paid Life Insurance Disability Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) with company match Employee Discount Job Responsibilities: Handle each customer in a courteous and gracious manner Maximize sales through add-on sales and recommendations Maintain knowledge of store stock, which varies by location Assist in store upkeep by maintaining displays and merchandising Assist with inventory management and receiving merchandise Replenish backstock to ensure appropriate merchandise levels Markdown merchandise as needed Designated Keyholder responsibilities, including store closing duties (may not open the store) Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements: At least 1 year of retail sales and/or cash handling experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and solve problems TAM Card may be required depending on location Additional security clearance may be required depending on location Satisfactory criminal background check and drug test may be required depending on location Additional Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, climbing, crouching, bending, pushing, or pulling Normal or corrected vision and hearing Ability to distinguish colors, patterns, or materials to assist customers Fluency in English for training, customer interactions, and policy compliance Indoor work environment with consistent temperature Use of fine motor skills Ability to lift 0-60 lbs with or without accommodation About Us: WHSmith is a leading global travel retailer with over 1,700 stores across 30 countries.
