About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to serve as the senior leader responsible for the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of the People & Culture function. This role is pivotal in a complex, mission-driven environment, overseeing organizational development, workforce planning, employee relations, and culture initiatives. The successful candidate will be a member of the executive leadership team, leading workforce and organizational staffing strategy, providing consultation on various HR matters, and ensuring alignment between workforce practices and mission outcomes. Essential responsibilities include executive leadership, organizational strategy, employee relations, and compliance oversight. Applicants for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 7 years' progressive HR or organizational leadership experience. Professional HR certification is required. The role demands a leader with a strong background in employee relations, organizational development, workforce planning, and compliance oversight. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive leadership, organizational strategy, and a deep understanding of the importance of aligning HR practices with the mission and values of the organization. Experience in leading change management, succession planning, and high-potential employee development initiatives is also essential.
