Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.50/hour Shift: 8 hour shift between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM with one day off during the week and weekend day off Why you should apply to be a Call Center Representative: Competitive pay rate with full-time, stable employment. What’s a typical day? You’ll be: Handling inbound calls to assist cardholders and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Managing customer information and resolving a variety of inquiries efficiently. Authorizing sales and ensuring accurate information is provided to customers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. Utilizing multiple software platforms and tools to manage information and complete daily tasks. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: High school diploma or equivalent. Have 6+ months of customer service experience or military equivalent experience within the last 7 years (required). Possess intermediate computer skills, including navigating multiple windows, typing while conversing, using Microsoft Office programs, and efficient online searching. Can work evening hours and at least one weekend day.
