Interfaith Community Services INC is seeking a Homeless Outreach Specialist 1 to provide field outreach, crisis intervention and case management for individuals experiencing homelessness and SUD/SMI in the North County region. You will connect clients with housing, health services, and supportive programs while collaborating with an interdepartmental team and community partners.
