Interfaith Community Services in Escondido, CA, is seeking a Homeless Outreach Specialist 1 to perform field outreach, crisis intervention, and short-term case management for individuals experiencing homelessness with SUD/SMI. You’ll connect clients with housing, health services, and community supports in the North County region. The role collaborates with an interdepartmental treatment team of clinicians, outreach workers, and partners to ensure clients access ongoing care and housing solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr Interfaith Community Services
