ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency seven years ago and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member myself and saw firsthand the growth potential that agency ownership could provide. Outside of work, I play guitar in a small band, enjoy bicycling and staying active with my kids, and love sports like soccer. I also competed in track and field, so that competitive spirit has always been a part of who I am.

Our agency is proud to stay connected to the community. We sponsor three local high schools and their athletic programs and participate in community activities throughout the year that allow us to build relationships with the people we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Felixnet Prophete - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Bilingual French or Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
