Quoting Specialist We are seeking a Quoting Specialist to join our team supporting a major telecommunications client in a BPO environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate quotes for telecom services, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with pricing policies. Duties Include: Prepare accurate quotations for telecommunications products and services based on customer requirements. Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide appropriate pricing solutions. Ensure timely delivery of quotes to customers, adhering to internal deadlines and quality standards. Maintain records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with internal processes. Assist in improving quoting processes for better efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications: Proficiency with MS Office/G-Suite is mandatory. 13 years of experience in quoting, pricing, or sales support (preferably in telecom or BPO). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using quoting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
