Test Lead Support Manager Required Experience

6 8 years of QA/testing experience.
Preference for experience in:
- Eligibility systems
- Child Support systems
- Comparable public-sector environments
5+ years leading test automation and Agile testing teams.

Verify that system changes are properly tested across all functionality and integration points .
Provide expert guidance on:
- Testing methods
- Testing techniques
- Testing tools
- Testing approaches throughout the SDLC
Provide oversight of test-script automation .
Coordinate testing activities within and across multiple groups.
Coordinate:
- End-user testing
- Performance testing
- Smoke testing
