Agency Services Support Coordinator

Farm Bureau Insurance

Michigan Farm Bureau seeks an Agency Services Support Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and member support for its agriculture-focused agency operations. In this role, you will coordinate service requests, process forms and documentation, maintain accurate databases, and assist field staff and agents serving farm and rural members. You’ll manage communications, track issues to resolution, prepare reports, and support member outreach. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, customer-focused, and passionate about supporting Michigan agriculture in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
