ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Anytime Fitness is a leading fitness organization dedicated to transforming lives through health and fitness. The ideal candidate is flexible, a team player, reliable, hardworking, and an outstanding representative of our brand. This part-time position requires weekday and sometimes weekend availability. A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in management, customer service, community engagement and events, sales, and the health & fitness industry. Certified Personal Trainers with prior experience who are interested in working in a hybrid capacity are strongly encouraged to apply. RESPONSIBILITIES The ClubManager is a passionate individual dedicated to helping members and guests enhance their lives through health and fitness. Key responsibilities include: Communicating effectively with team members and gym members Conducting tours and welcoming customers Engaging in community events andactivities Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym Managing membership and training sales Providing exceptional customer service Handling opening and closing duties Managing communications via phone, email, text, and app Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others QUALIFICATIONS Strong desire to work in the health and fitness industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential A friendly, outgoing, and warm demeanor Genuine and honest personality Flexible availability Technologically savvy Self-motivated and proactive Experience in management, customer service, sales, and thefitness industryis highly preferred Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license OTHER Competitive pay + Performance Bonuses + Opportunities for Growth 401k with employer contributions Part-time hours (with the opportunity to become full-time if a certified fitness trainer and able to work at multiple locations) Must have weekend and weekday availability Additional hours based on need/availability Career advancement opportunities Perks: gym and training membership Additional opportunities are available for candidates with a personal or group training certification and background JOIN US AND MAKE AN IMPACT Join our team at Anytime Fitness and be part of a community dedicated to improving lives through health and fitness.
