Sales Manager

NexGen Auto Management is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our fast-growing team at an auto dealership in Corinth, MS. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing sales team while driving business growth in a rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets and objectives.


• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth goals.


• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.


• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities.


• Collaborate with other departments to optimize the sales process and customer experience.


• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.


• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to analyze sales data.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.


• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
