Production Associate

Production Worker

We are seeking dedicated production workers to join our team for the day shift, Monday through Friday, from 6am to 2pm. This role typically requires working 50-55 hours per week, with up to 58 hours during our busiest times. Our ideal candidate possesses a strong mechanical aptitude and previous experience in electronic manufacturing, such as through-hole or surface mount soldering. However, we are also open to entry-level candidates with a positive attitude who are eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.
• Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.
• Sit or stand during the 10-hour shift, with standing required at times.
• Lift no more than 10-15 lbs. and meet assembly metrics.
• Acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
• Work on assignments that are routine in nature with limited judgment required.
• Operate within established policies and procedures and seek approval for deviations.

Essential Skills

• Assembly and soldering skills.

• Basic computer skills, including navigation, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
• One or more years of related experience preferred.

Work Environment

The work environment is a manufacturing setting with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and moderate noise levels. The shift runs from Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm. Employees can sit or stand during their shift and are expected to frequently reach at waist level.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
