Job Description:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering direct patient care in a combined Intensive Care Unit setting, requiring flexibility to float between various facilities and acuity levels within a 60-mile zone around Denver City Center. The role involves titration of critical drips, managing patients with varying acuity, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Titrate critical drips such as pressors, sedation, and antiarrhythmics.
• Manage patients requiring CRRT, IABP, and Impella support.
• Collaborate with respiratory therapists and other healthcare professionals to address respiratory needs.
• Float within assigned facilities as needed, maintaining care across different acuity levels including ICU, PCU/Stepdown, and MS-Tele.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience; 3+ years required for first-time travelers with Epic experience.
• Must hold BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Comfort with reading and interpreting telemetry strips independently.
• Flexibility to float and travel within a designated 60-mile zone.
