About the role:

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the planning, organization, and leadership of daily Food & Beverage operations while ensuring Four Seasons standards are consistently maintained. This role oversees service execution, employee development, guest engagement, and operational efficiency across assigned outlets. The position is part of the Food & Beverage division and reports to Food & Beverage Leadership.

What you will do:

• Support the daily operation of Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction
• Lead, coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve Four Seasons service standards
• Maintain a visible presence in the operation, engaging with guests and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with the service and presentation of food and beverage offerings while ensuring quality and consistency
• Develop strong guest relationships and create personalized experiences through attentive and intuitive service
• Monitor outlet operations to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to brand standards
• Support the management of labor, scheduling, inventory, and operating expenses
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to create seamless guest experiences and operational efficiencies
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the guest experience and service offerings
• Monitor the condition of facilities and equipment, identifying opportunities for improvement and maintenance needs

What you bring:

• College degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Previous leadership experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or luxury Food & Beverage operation
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, wine, spirits, and guest engagement practices
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of labor management, cost control, and operational best practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with hospitality technology and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Schedule & Hours:

• Full-time leadership schedule with flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
