Strategic Finance Manager

Scopely is looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to join our Finance team in Culver City on a hybrid basis. What You Will Do As the Manager, Strategic Finance, you will lead financial and analytical analysis for all of Scopely’s strategic initiatives and support decision-making across the organization. Lead complex financial analysis for all external-facing strategic initiatives Create and own the Company’s long‑term financial model to support proposed business development and strategic opportunities (M&A, investments, and capital structure related activity) Perform financial due diligence on strategic and M&A activities Interface with external stakeholders regarding the company’s financial performance Research and analyze key business drivers, trends, and performance indicators benchmarking Scopely’s performance versus competitors Create new data‑driven, complex models to perform ad‑hoc strategic analysis regarding corporate strategy Leverage AI to help automate and streamline financial reporting frameworks What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years experience in investment banking, private equity, equity research, corporate development or strategic consulting Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Economics Experience in the gaming industry is a plus Advanced financial modeling skills with expertise in building comprehensive three‑statement financial models Ability to effectively interact with senior leadership and external stakeholders Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity Exceptional analytical abilities and strong Excel, PowerPoint, and AI fluency, including the ability to leverage AI to enhance productivity and decision‑making A passion for gaming The annual salary range for this role in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA is $113,900 — $168,000 USD. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health care benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off.
