Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

$2121.60/week - Job Summary: Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care in a Medical Surgical unit. The role involves delivering high-quality patient treatment and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments accurately in accordance with physician orders. Monitor patient vital signs and observe for any changes in condition. Document patient assessments and care plans thoroughly and promptly. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment. Qualifications: Valid RN license in the relevant state or with pending license approval. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical setting preferred. Current BLS certification required. Ability to float to related units as needed. Strong clinical skills and attention to detail required. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
