You will identify and source the correct parts, provide accurate pricing and availability information, process orders, and communicate delivery timelines and associated charges.What You'll Do:Assist retail and wholesale customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessoriesSupport Service Technicians by accurately identifying and sourcing parts needed for vehicle repairsUse electronic parts catalogs and dealership systems to research parts, pricing, and availabilityProvide accurate estimates, delivery timelines, and order-status updatesRecommend related parts, accessories, and available specials when appropriatePull and verify parts from inventory to ensure order accuracyPlace special orders for parts that are not currently in stockPrepare orders for shipment, delivery, or customer pickupProcess retail and wholesale parts transactions accuratelyMaintain clear documentation and follow up on open or backordered partsBuild strong relationships with customers, technicians, vendors, and other dealership departmentsHelp maintain an organized, efficient, and customer-focused parts departmentStay current on product updates, manufacturer information, and dealership proceduresWhat We're Looking For:Previous automotive parts experience, preferably in a dealership environmentWorking knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and repair terminologyExperience using electronic parts catalogs and dealership management systemsStrong customer service and consultative sales skillsThe ability to communicate effectively with customers and Service TechniciansExcellent organization, accuracy, and follow-throughA strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize competing demandsConfidence working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentA dependable work ethic and consistent attendanceA positive, solutions-focused attitudeA desire to continue developing your automotive careerRequirements:Must be at least 18 years of agePrevious automotive parts counter experienceAbility to successfully complete all pre-employment requirementsAuthorization to work in the United StatesWho We Are:Berlin City Auto Group is a family of dealerships located throughout Maine and Vermont.
