We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to greet visitors and guests, direct them appropriately, manage incoming calls, and maintain clerical responsibilities . The Receptionist is the first point of contact for residents, families, and staff and plays a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment .

Hours: 8am-3pm Weekends only

Receptionist Requirements:

• 1-2 years of related experience and/or training (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow instructions
• Basic knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office
• Professional telephone etiquette and strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle busy front desk operations
• Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
• Dependable, reliable, and a team player

As a Receptionist, you will:

• Welcome visitors and guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Answer and route phone calls appropriately and efficiently
• Distribute mail and manage incoming correspondence
• Provide clerical support as assigned to support facility operations
