This role involves supporting account setup processes and managing interactions with merchants, internal teams, and third-party partners. A foundational understanding of global payment processing and customer advocacy functions is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Deliver technical support in a customer service call center environment, guiding users through troubleshooting steps for hardware, software, and networking issues. Respond to support requests via phone, email, and online chat platforms. Accurately input merchant data into internal systems using proprietary tools within defined timeframes. Coordinate and execute installations of payment processing products. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, equipment options, and vendor specifications. Consistently meet or exceed departmental goals for productivity, quality, and attendance. Communicate progress and updates through regular meetings and written documentation, collaborating effectively across departments including product, development, sales, and support teams. Provide Tier 2 support for newly released products. Perform additional tasks as needed based on business requirements. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or a related customer service role. Basic understanding of the bankcard and payments industry. Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy. Familiarity with internal policies, procedures, and product offerings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications. Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
