Sales Associate (Member Concierge)

Hammer & Nails West Hollywood is looking for a part‑time sales associate / Member Concierge. Be the first and last impression for every guest and make each experience matter. We provide more than grooming with an exclusive lounge that welcomes men into the art of grooming, offering top‑tier barbershop and nail salon services along with a relaxed atmosphere. We focus on quality, taking time to ensure every detail is perfect. Our artists educate guests on grooming routines, products, and services tailored to their lifestyles while trained sales and marketing professionals manage the guests to keep your workload focused on the work you love. We seek individuals who are passionate about their craft, committed to growth, and truly enjoy delivering outstanding hospitality. Required Skills and Credentials Salon and/or gym front‑desk experience. Sales experience is a huge plus. Membership sales experience a bigger plus. Scheduling appointments. Accurately book, change, and cancel client appointments. Utilize computers with skill and proficiency. Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well‑organized work area. Manage inventory accurately. Properly open and close each day according to salon procedures. Must be available on weekends. Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day operations to run a salon. Commitment to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Listen and address customer/employee complaints and concerns.
