Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
• Present menus with confidence, offering knowledgeable recommendations on steaks, seafood, sides, and wine pairings.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, daily specials, and sourcing details.
• Accurately take orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure flawless execution.
• Deliver food and beverages with proper timing, sequence, and presentation standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, detail-oriented service throughout the dining experience.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and overall dining room appearance.
• Follow all company service standards, health, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server in fine dining or upscale steak and seafood restaurants required.
• Strong knowledge of steaks, seafood, wine, and classic cocktails.
• Excellent communication, memory, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a high-paced, refined environment.
• Must meet local age requirements for serving alcohol.
