Requirements

Server – Rooftop Patio

Position Summary: Servers are responsible for delivering an energetic, attentive, and memorable guest experience on our rooftop patio. This role thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and focuses on hospitality, product knowledge, and seamless coordination with the bar and kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, engaging, and efficient service to all rooftop patio guests
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of food, beer, wine, and cocktails
• Manage multiple tables while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Anticipate guest needs in an outdoor, social environment
• Communicate clearly with bartenders and the kitchen team to ensure accurate, timely service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of patio service areas
• Support team members to keep rooftop operations running smoothly
• Handle large parties and high-volume periods with professionalism

Requirements:

• Energetic, guest-focused approach to hospitality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor setting
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• 1-2 Years Experienece

Required Days: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat

Weekends/Holidays: Preferred but not required
