Schedule & Pay

• Current Availability: 2–3 workdays per week.
• Shift Hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• On-Call Supplement: From 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, we provide a flat daily rate for afternoon availability. This is an easy way to add to your daily earnings with minimal interruption to your afternoon—you simply need to be available to answer or return calls within approximately 30 minutes.

Key Responsibilities :

Facility Maintenance:

• Keep the facility clean and tidy, including sweeping, picking up trash, and general upkeep.
• Perform basic lawn care like mowing, weed removal, and watering plants.
• Assist with small repairs (basic door fixes, roof patches, and occasional painting).
• Remove snow to ensure safe access during winter months.

Customer Service & Storage Operations:

• Use basic computer systems to process rental payments and update records.
• Check mail, manage correspondence, and maintain organized paperwork.
• Ensure all storage units are properly locked and secure.
• Greet customers, assist with move-ins, and provide friendly, helpful service.

Qualifications :

• Basic computer skills (email, payment processing software, and database management).
• Experience with light maintenance and repairs is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
