We are seeking a Forklift Operator for our Dayton, New Jersey plant. The Forklift Operator will be a key player in our plant operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our products, dedicated to excellence, and eager to contribute to our mission of providing delicious and refreshing beverages to consumers nationwide! Job Description Loading and unloading trucks in our warehouse. Tracking inventory using our scanning system. Removing pallets from the production line using a forklift. Operate palletizers, troubleshoot photo eye sensors, proxies, machine controls, etc. Perform stocking for palletizers according to standard procedures. Additional task as assigned. Requirements Prefer individuals with at least 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment Must be 18 years of age or older Must be authorized to work in the U.S. High school diploma or equivalent Pass a drug screen and physical Must possess a valid driver’s license Physical Requirements Stand on hard surfaces such as concrete for extended periods, up to 12 hours per shift Lift and carry materials weighing up to 60 pounds Climb stairs, ladders, platforms, and other structures on equipment or buildings to inspect, operate, maintain, or troubleshoot Bend at the knees, twist the back, and kneel as needed to access equipment for operation, maintenance, or troubleshooting Work indoors and outdoors in varying seasonal temperatures and humidity levels Function effectively in areas of high noise while using proper personal protective equipment (PPE) Salary $22.06 an hour with shift differential Learn to Earn environment, opportunity to earn $26 an hour within the first year of employment.
