Your work here changes lives in the community you call home.Commitment to Quality: Practice with confidence in a CARF-accredited and DPH-licensed facility, where our commitment to the highest standards of care is unwavering.Join us, and be part of a team that values collaboration, supports your growth, and empowers you to provide exceptional care.What You'll Do:Provide high-quality, client-centered individual therapy (in-person and via telehealth) to a diverse outpatient caseload.Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation.Provide a minimum of 8 client contact hours per week.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.Uphold the highest clinical standards in accordance with BAMSI, DPH, DMH, and CARF regulations.What You Bring:Licensure: Current, independent Massachusetts license as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Ph.D., or Psy.D. required.Education: Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field.Skills: Sensitivity to cultural diversity.Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible caseload.
