Louis Williams brings more than 20 years of experience in prospecting, conversion, negotiation, and closing. His coaching will help you recognize opportunities within your existing network, start stronger conversations, follow up with purpose, and turn relationships into appointments and clients.

Nicole brings structure and strategy to the buyer side of the business. She teaches agents how to stay ahead of every step while still adjusting to the people and situations in front of them. You will learn how to guide buyers with confidence and create an experience that leads to referrals and repeat business.

Behind you is a fully built operations team that handles much of the paperwork and transaction process once your client signs. Brivity-based systems and PLACE resources help you organize leads, stay connected with your network, and grow without having to build every process from scratch.

You already know how to earn trust and build relationships. Now learn how to turn those strengths into a real estate business.

This is a commission-based position with annual earning potential of $75K-$125K for motivated professionals.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Use the best technology available in the real estate industry
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
