About Senior Marketing Specialists
At Senior Marketing Specialists, your Medicare FMO, our passion is serving the senior market and equipping independent agents with Medicare carriers and tools that enable you to thrive, not just survive. SMS has been helping independent agents and agencies succeed in the senior insurance market for over 35 years! As a Medicare FMO, we have one goal–to do everything we can to help the independent agent become successful in the Senior Market. We genuinely care about the agents we work with and want to help them succeed.
Job Summary
Recruit and engage agents to work with and grow their business with Senior Marketing Specialists. Learn from working with a close-knit team of mentors within the department.
We are looking for someone who can bring a strong work ethic and a passion for growth to their job. Most of all we want someone looking to build a rewarding career with a fast-growing company that has unlimited opportunity for growth and advancement.
Primary Responsibilities:
Recruit and engage agents: Actively seek out new agents to join the team and engage existing ones to foster a positive working relationship.
Business growth: Work closely with agents to help them grow their business with Senior Marketing Specialists.
Team collaboration: Collaborate effectively with a close-knit team of mentors within the department to achieve common goals.
Continuous learning: Continually learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques in the field of marketing.
Career development: Show a strong work ethic and a passion for growth, aiming to build a rewarding career within the company.
Communication: Maintain strong communication with team members, agents, and other stakeholders.
Administrative tasks: Perform basic computer tasks such as typing, data entry, and using Microsoft Office tools efficiently.

Local Requirement : Candidate must work onsite in Columbia, MO. No relocation aid provided.
