Location Location MN, Bemidji Specialty Orthopedic Surgery Visas Accepted N/A Practice Details Sanford Health – Bemidji, Minnesota is seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified General Orthopedic Surgeon to join a collegial, well established orthopedic practice serving a strong regional referral base Join a team of two general orthopedic surgeons, one sports medicine surgeon, one FM sports medicine physician and five advanced practice providers Option for a 4-day work week 10 ORs with block time Two OR days per week Call - 1:4 Two on-site – X-ray suites located within the orthopedic building Bone health program Full-service physical and occupational therapy support 118 bed hospital; 14 bed ICU Level III trauma center 142,000 service population Compensation Package Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $631,148 - $816,780 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.Additional incentives may be offered.
