Champions the execution of assigned brands’ guidelines and requirements Gives clear and concise direction to more junior team members Contributes innovative ideas and tactics appropriate to the client marketing strategy. Works with the account team to achieve the client's objectives through engaging content and effective message strategies. Engages in client meetings, presentations, and other client contact as necessary. Actively participates in preparation of materials for Medical Legal Review (MLR) submission. Stay up to date on advertising trends and other data regarding marketing of specific therapeutic areas. Function as internal team leader and mentor to ensuring all members of the team work together smoothly and effectively Conducts performance reviews, prepares development plan, and set goals for direct reports as applicable Works with resource manager to ensure they have the latest information about assigned workload for themself and their team Leads by example and leverages the Petauri core values in all interactions by fostering a culture of leadership, partnership Exhibits professionalism, innovation, integrity, accountability and quality Requirements An expert in healthcare industry practices including AMA style and FDA regulations. Proficiency in digital and print design Proficiency in (MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, electronic workflow management systems, etc.) Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple projects in a timely manner Exceptional communication skills Summary The Group Copy Supervisor is responsible for independently developing creative concepts and tactics from conception to completion (including referencing). The are experts at researching medical data and converting complex language into content that is accessible and easily understood. They are a senior leader of the team on their primary assigned accounts and offer backup support for other accounts when demands of primary account allows.
