Investment Banking Associate

A highly successful, well-established investment bank is seeking a Senior Analyst through Associate 2 to join its growing Healthcare Services team. The group has built significant momentum in the market, continues to expand its platform, and offers junior bankers meaningful exposure to senior professionals and clients. The team advises healthcare services companies and financial sponsors across a range of strategic transactions, with the majority of its work focused on mergers and acquisitions. The selected candidate will play an active role throughout the full deal process, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, transaction materials, due diligence, and coordination with clients and counterparties. Responsibilities Support the execution of healthcare services M&A transactions Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials Conduct industry, company, and market research Assist with due diligence, process management, and client communications Work closely with senior bankers and clients throughout live transactions Support the development and execution of new business opportunities Provide guidance to junior team members, depending on experience level Qualifications Current investment banking experience at the Senior Analyst through Associate 2 level Prior M&A execution experience required Healthcare experience preferred, particularly within healthcare services Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment The firm offers standard investment banking compensation, strong deal exposure, and the opportunity to join a growing healthcare platform with a successful track record and continued investment in the group. #J-18808-Ljbffr
