Full-time physical therapist opportunity to work with a strong and experienced therapy staff in Storm Lake, Iowa. Company owned outpatient clinic. Outpatient caseload in dynamic private practice. Primarily orthopedic with opportunity to address other programs based on interest. New graduates and experienced PTs are encouraged to apply. Pay range: $27-41/hour, depending on experience. Pay-for-performance bonus plan with cash incentives tied to your clinical results. AI-assisted documentation in all clinics to streamline charting and save time. Cutting-edge equipment in select locations: VALD force plates, VALD strength and ROM testing, and Neubie electrical stimulation. Evidence-based clinical programs to help you deliver top-quality patient outcomes. 1 hour from Sioux City Iowa.

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients
• Complete documentation
• Plan, market and develop new programs
• Communicate with patients, patients' families and physicians and staff
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
• Assist in the general operation of the department

Physical Therapist Job Requirements

• Bachelors (B.A., B.S. ), Master's degree (M.A., M.S. ) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
• Graduate of a certified physical therapy program
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure
