This role will assist attorneys with a variety of corporate and transactional matters, with a preference for candidates who have exposure to real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced law firm environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys in all phases of transactional mattersPrepare, review, organize, and maintain transaction-related documentationAssist with due diligence, document management, and closing activitiesCoordinate signature collection and execution of legal documentsTrack transaction milestones, deadlines, and deliverablesManage electronic and physical deal filesConduct legal, corporate, and property-related research as neededCommunicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholdersProvide administrative and project support for multiple ongoing mattersQualifications3+ years of transactional paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal departmentExperience supporting corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, or other commercial mattersReal estate transaction experience preferredStrong document management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsParalegal certificate preferred but not requiredWork ArrangementOnsite in New York City Monday through FridayImmediate availability preferredIdeal CandidatePrior law firm experienceExperience supporting high-volume transactional practicesComfortable working independently while managing multiple matters simultaneouslyThe compensation range for this role is $30.00 to $40.00 hourly. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.Further details about the package will be provided during the initial screening call with the Talent Acquisition Team.
